Kendal Stewart, MD – Chairman & Chief Medical
Officer Dr.
Stewart is Board Certified in Otolaryngology
with fellowship training in Neurotology/Skull
Base Surgery. His experience includes
advanced training in neurosurgical,
neurological and immunological
disorders. He
has extensive experience with advanced
Neurological and Audio-Vestibular
techniques and has authored 2 medically
related patents in this area. Dr.
Stewart has had specific research
interests in vestibular disorders,
athletic injuries of the nervous
system and processing/sensory integration
disorders.
Dr. Stewart
has developed innovative and highly
effective treatment protocols for
neurological diseases including
Meniere’s disease, imbalance,
vertigo, Autistic Spectrum Disorders,
and the “post-concussion” syndrome. He
has authored papers and is extensively
involved in lectures and instructional
courses for physicians, therapists
and other health care professionals.
Dr. Stewart
received his BA from the University
of Texas at Austin and received
his medical training at The University
of Texas Medical School at Houston. After five
years of residency training at The
University of Texas Medical School
at Houston, he completed his fellowship
in Otology/Neurotology - Skull Based
Surgery at Baylor University Medical
Center in Dallas, Texas. He
held an associate professorship at
the University of Texas Medical School
at San Antonio.
George Gomez – Director of Operations and Customer Support Mr.
Gomez received his Bachelor of Arts
degree from St. Edward’s
University, where he majored in Computer
Science. While attending St.
Edward’s, Mr. Gomez was a major
contributor to the on-campus Instruction
Technologies Department where he
helped conceive the Computer Competency
division and website, a department
that was created to help St. Edward’s
faculty, staff, and students better
understand technology and computers.
Mr. Gomez has also been an active volunteer
and instructor for Austin based low
income Parochial schools were he assisted
in designing in-school networks and
campaigns to fund schools with new
computer equipment from major manufacturers.
Nilesh (“Neil”)
Khushachandra Dholakia – Chief Technical
Officer Mr. Dholakia
has built his reputation as an
innovator over the past 12 years
in the technology sector. Mr.
Dholakia is recognized as an industry
expert and has spoken at many Trade
Conferences and Universities. Mr.
Dholakia currently serves as SVA,
Inc.’s and Medical Specialists
Technology Consultants, Inc.’s
Technology Adviser.
Mr. Dholakia
is responsible for technical and
business strategy. Mr.
Dholakia has extensive experience
in product definition, product development,
and product release cycles. Currently,
Mr. Dholakia is serving in a Vice
President capacity at Motive, Inc.,
Previously, Mr. Dholakia served as
a Founder at Board Member of BetweenMarkets,
Inc. He drove internal and external
integration of products as Director
of Integration Technology at i2 Technologies.
As Director of e-Business Technology
he architected the i2/Ariba/IBM joint
offering and supervised technology
integration with the various companies
acquired by i2. Prior to his roles
at i2, Dholakia was CTO of SMART
Technologies.
Mr. Dholakia holds numerous patents
as co-inventor of internet technologies,
ranging from distributed processing
to high capacity deployment. Mr.
Dholakia received a Bachelors of
Computer Science from Baylor University.
Lance Loveless – Director of Diagnostic Testing Mr.
Loveless is a graduate from the University
of West Georgia and in 2001 received
his BA in Sports Management. In
2002 he moved to Austin, TX to begin
his internship with United Otolaryngologist,
Inc. After completing a one-year
internship, he then became part of the
NSCA team as head technician.
Over his time at the company, his role
as diagnostics manager has come to include
training and certifying technicians
for the Sensory-View system and is an
intricate part in the installation of
the system at each facility.
